It's a great product. Only modification I did to it was got rid of the standard nut and bolt that connects the actual bracket to the plate itself and replaced it with a longer bolt and added a lockwasher to keep it secure. The original bolt is short and the bracket will vibrate loose. A 1 1/4" bolt does just the trick.

And check it out. You can "BUY IT NOW" for only $20. It certainly beats the $30 dollar deal I got a couple weeks ago. Trust me... you won't regret it.

I got the plate relocater from E-Bay. It seems to be there all the time. Its made of very heavy alum. And has the Kanije on the side. I did have to cut into the plates arm because it was not cut to keep the axle nut from turning like the alum slide on the bike. Will see if I can find a photo. Since then I have got the bike inspected and passed with no problems. The inspection sticker is now on the side of the plate, giving it a little more ground clearnance. The bracket that holds the inspection sticker is home made out of S.S. I had laying around. I am putting together a web site and will try and doc. each mod step by step if this will help someone.

sully where did you order it from? i found one on ebay... but doesnt look thin tho.... http://www.nycparts.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=6
Several of the other members have been "burned" by NYCPARTS off ebay but he did me right on my undertail. His parts seem to be OK quality. Mine were made with dimond plate aluminum... flimsy, you could bend it with your pinky finger without much effort. Check for clearance below the exhaust cans since the swing arm will pivot up toward the stationary can.
