i recently bought a few things to spice up the bike and my mc experience..but seems someone/something doesnt want me to enjoy or even go thro the xperience. i purchased a helmet, half helmet (leatherup.com), got it today..getting it out of the box, the shell comes off!! WTF...call the company, say they'll send me another one pronto but she comes with the ooops we're out of that style helmet!! u kidding???nope.ETA? dont know! ~sigh~moving on, i get an led board (intergrated tail from clearalternatives),a 2nd one, cos the 1st one didnt work, try it--nothing!!! possible problem with that is probably wiring cos i listed the problem here and seems am the only one having issues...besides, whats the chances of clearalt. sending me another bad one??? possible, but rare. anyway, well, since am in winter mod mode, engine work and other stuff, i call the dealorship to cancel my extended warranty..they tell me i have to physically bring the bike out to them so they can get the mileage!!! huh..i have no trailer..and am not struggling thro the ice and sh!t to get it on my truck...so yea, i've had it with mods.am sending everything back and who knows might get rid of my pipes,windshield,and everything else...get this b!tch back to ALL stock!!!..am heading to the gun range now!!!

I was thinking the same thing the other day... Where did the quality and pride in making a great product go?
 
Hey someone was looking out for you when they sent you a bad half helmet (I'm not sure there is such thing as a good half helmet). Do yourself a favor and order a full face helmet.
 
Hang in there. I went through a lot of headaches with my busa. Paint job that never came through and a custom exhaust that never finished. Just dissapointments from folks. Everything just did not work out. Sold it and I regret it.
 
There's a reason there is no such thing as a valid DOT approved half-helmet. It might have a sticker, but that's all it is.
