Just had Chris Jones of Jones Performance tune my bike....
Chris Definately knows his stuff.

My bikes got 30k on it and had Chris check the valves (all were A-O.K.)
then he sync'd my throttle bodies (and removed some superfolous plumbing)
and did a dyno map.
He did a couple pulls and said my bike was running real lean. Enriched the mixture...
Couple more pulls and he asked if I had a tre, when the bike got around 10k the
F.I. was comming on. I said yes, to which he asked if it was Ivans (which
he said was pretty good) but some of them are junk selling on the internet
which he described, popped my seat and bingo...I had a junk one. Off it came
and file 13 in the trash bin. Another pull and I got the thumbs up, problem solved.
Several more pulls and he dialed the bike in, what a difference. Not the same
bike I rode in on. Well worth the investment.
Dyno before and after was about a 6 hp difference (170hp..) but of course
the real + is the smoothness and crisp response.
Chris is a super guy to deal with and as I said...he is the wizard of two wheels
His shop is in chiefland and although I toyed with the idea of keeping this one of the
best kept secrets, I owe it not only to the board but to Chris to share the
experience and steer some business his way.
Guys...don't hesitate. Tons of respect for Chris's talent.
