WAR69 sent me a text a bit ago. The scumbag got 3 years prison and 3 year probation. The judge had no sympathy for this dirtbag

I am glad to here this. He needs a good beating to go along with it. I don't see how anyone could hurt someone so cute. I hope she finds someone that will treat he good and he get his in jail.

Update. Guy got max 3 years jail time 3 years probation. The judge ripped this guy a new one. It was great. Still wasnt enough if you ask me.

It was mandatory 3 years. Then the judge said had she been killed she would put him away for for life. Really? It takes that much?

I think she should consider a civil suit for pain and suffering, maybe negligence too. Rules are a lot different in civil court vs. criminal court. You have to hit some folks in the wallet!

Not many Judges like that around even down here, we get the same problems of the sentence not fitting the crime.
