Judges vs. America: How the Deep State Is Overruling Your Vote

Kevin McCullough | Mar 20, 2025

Another day, another judicial blockade. Three more executive orders—each designed to advance the will of the American people—were unceremoniously put on ice by unelected black-robed obstructionists yesterday. That brings the total to 15 since President Trump took office in January 2025. That’s 15 direct assaults on the policies Americans voted for when they rejected the corruption and incompetence of the radical left.

Let’s be clear: This isn’t about “the law,” “checks and balances,” or “democracy” (a term the left constantly redefines). This is about deep-state operatives and activist judges blocking reform, hamstringing the administration’s efforts to clean up the mess left behind by Biden’s regime. The same establishment class that spent four years ignoring open borders, skyrocketing inflation, and a weaponized FBI now insists that every procedural technicality be followed before President Trump can act.

Consider what was just blocked. Among the three executive orders frozen yesterday was one expediting the deportation of violent criminal aliens, another targeting the corruption that allows bureaucrats to profit from their positions, and a third cracking down on federal grants abused by activist organizations masquerading as nonprofits.

Let me repeat that: judges intervened to stop the removal of dangerous criminals, protect corrupt bureaucrats, and ensure taxpayer money keeps flowing to left-wing political groups.

Someone, somewhere, please explain to me what law requires America to fund its own destruction. I’ll wait.

Of course, there is no such law. What we’re seeing is a coordinated legal resistance—engineered by well-funded leftist legal outfits, cheered on by corporate media, and rubber-stamped by judges who treat the Constitution as a Choose Your Own Adventure novel. The game is “Lawfare,” an endless stream of lawsuits designed to bog down the administration, tie up policies in court, and hope Trump runs out of time.

What makes this even more infuriating is the hypocrisy. Biden issued 117 executive orders in his first year alone, many of which reshaped policy overnight—no pushback. When he unilaterally extended the eviction moratorium, despite the Supreme Court ruling it unconstitutional, the CDC did it anyway—no lawsuits, no injunctions. When he ordered OSHA to impose a vaccine mandate on private businesses, blatantly exceeding executive authority, the courts took months to respond—by then, the damage was done.

But the second Trump lifts his pen? Emergency lawsuits! Nationwide injunctions! Indignant CNN panels! The entire system is wired to protect the left’s interests while kneecapping anyone who challenges them.

So, who wins when judges override the duly elected president? The usual suspects. Open-borders cartels, government grifters, climate racketeers, and Washington bureaucrats who treat elections as suggestions. These are the people desperate to stop Trump’s America First agenda.

Trump already faces a hostile media, a corrupt DOJ, and a rabid opposition. Now, unelected judges have decided that the voters' will is subject to their personal whims. The left couldn’t stop Trump at the ballot box, so now they’re trying to stop him in the courts.

Here’s the bottom line: if this continues, the presidency will cease to function. We will enter an era where only Democrat presidents get to govern, while Republican presidents are treated as placeholders under legal supervision. Elections will become meaningless. Activist courts will veto the will of the people, ensuring permanent rule by lawsuit.

That is the endgame. If they can paralyze Trump, they can paralyze any future Republican. If they can stall every executive action with endless legal challenges, no conservative reform will ever see the light of day. The left isn’t trying to “uphold the rule of law.” They are weaponizing the legal system to nullify elections they don’t like.

So, what do we do? First, Republicans in Congress must fight back. They control the House and have leverage in the Senate—use it. Stop funding corrupt agencies waging war on this administration. Demand accountability from judges who repeatedly overstep their authority. Treat this legal warfare as the existential threat it is.

Second, we need to fix the courts. The next Supreme Court vacancy must go to a warrior, not a compromiser. Lower courts must be purged of ideological activists who see themselves as policymakers. The left spent decades infiltrating the judiciary, and now we are reaping the consequences. If we don’t take judicial appointments seriously, we might as well surrender now.

Finally, the American people need to wake up. This is not just a legal battle. It is a fight over whether the people we elect actually get to govern. If unelected judges systematically dismantle the America First agenda, our votes will become meaningless.

The courts have become the last line of defense for the corrupt status quo. If we don’t fight back now, they will bury Trump’s reforms in legal quicksand and ensure no outsider ever challenges their grip on power again.

The question is simple: Who runs this country—the voters, or the judges? If we don’t settle that now, we may not get another chance.

Once again you prove just what kind of an idiot you are. Is there a forum somewhere in stupidland that you can have a discourse in?

Well do you? , can you please elaborate about the 4 directions of marxism and their differences?
Why would I waste my time doing that?

As I understand it, Marxism is mostly about concentrating the power of the State and using that power to have their way with the people. A constitutionally guided republic doesn't serve the people when it has marxist activist attempting to subvert the will of the People, Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Did you forget that it's the People that gave the government the permission and authority to exist in the 1st place?

Well since you are proclaming knowledge of the political dorection or should i say philosophy of marxism i was expecting a deeper knowledge about what it is other than a 20ish minute video without substance.

My political view is quite far from the values of marxism but i share its beliefs of a "fair" distribution of wealth. The democracies with the highest posiblity of getting rich are all somehow related this. I can recomend this Ted talk from a Norwegan commedian wich explains..

Tesla is FINISHED

A good look behind the scenes of this gimmick company and it's most holy prophet.

It was all a big experiment anyway. I think it's awesome some of the tech they had. And some people very much love them as a car. Musk is still an innovator and I think Musk has matured past an electric car for his innovative contributions

But after watching his cars get torched by the very same people that loved him, I'm sure it has given him validation as to why he left that party.

I believe the irony will be, Trump will come up with a way to save Tesla. Trump can sell snake oil even better than Musk can.

Now it's all about politics!

A lot of irony in this. He highlights as a difference that we still have people doing things that you have replaced with technology because you can't afford union controlled wages for them.

Here we are moving toward your model. Fewer and fewer people working due to wages. They are rapidly being replaced by technology.

And in the beginning he called your social assistance programs, the social hammock. I do remember in my time in Europe, people that weren't working were pretty well taken care of by social networks. Doing all most as well as people that were not working.

That is growing closer here to that model as well. Fewer and fewer working supporting more and more that aren't.

It’s not judges vs America, it’s judges vs Trump. Nobody is arguing with trying to find unneeded expense in government agencies, but an audit does not necessarily involve shutting down entire agencies and firing all the employees. It’s against the law hence all the court battles, the cost of which takes away from the good that could have come from a well executed audit.
The audit is a good, maybe great idea. President Trump also continues to defend Social Security, a bastion of American society. I also suggest Trump spend some time visiting public libraries so he can realize how popular they are.
Forget all the crazy talk of annexation and the boastful rhetoric of being able to end wars immediately. It’s not happening and it takes away from public confidence, not only in the United States but all over the world.
Anti green? We can live with that for 4 years if he doesn’t ruin everything else.

Fun fact, people assume the iphone is assembled by robots, but no, people do the work. It's a lot cheaper to use Chinese labour than build machines that can do such fine assembly work, even if such is possible? I would guess 90% of the real work done on this planet could never be robotized, for many reasons. Obviously bricklayers and plumbers, electricians can't be replaced. Many retail staff could be but people spending money in stores want to deal with humans, not robots! The warehouses behind internet shopping too must be staffed with people. Sure a $100,000 robot can move packed boxes from a shelf to a conveyor belt but it is in no way able to select individual components out of buckets to fill an order. Such a robot would cost a great deal more, and never pay for itself in many applications.

Like the A.I. mania, I see the Robot takeover mantra as being just another SciFi projection with no roots in reality. What was the Space Shuttle? It was the dream of Stanley Kubrick's 2001 a Space odyssey. The Boeing space liner that took people to the moon and back. It was a total Flop! A total waste of money, a huge waste of money that eventually bankrupted NASA. If it was a good idea Musk would be using them now as would all the other space programs. Or at least some of them. But someone made a lot of money didn't they? Those supplying the parts made a fortune! Personally I see robots as EV's, they have a niche, but they will never takeover but a small fraction of the work for the simple reason that people are cheaper and more efficient in the long run. And they are made for free, and cheap to program. If Western wages don't collapse and I can't see how they can given they are tied into everything else in the system then all the manufacturing work will end up in Asia and Africa. If they can find Africans that are capable of knuckling down to do the menial work.

Our Western way of life was built on cheap oil, that's obvious! The roads; the endless suburbs and their oil based roads, the huge shopping malls and the endless supply chains. All that won't survive the end of oil. You compare that to living arrangements in India or South Asia and it's chalk and cheese. They have village sprawl, dirt roads, open air markets with predominantly fresh local produce, not Oranges and cheeses and potato chips shipped from a thousand miles away. And most importantly their cultures are much more cohesive. They are all the same people, no mixing of races for the most part so they all pull together. In the west we all pull apart into our own cultural groups. Multiculturalism was based on a lie. That diverse ethnic groups would all come together in harmony. They do, but only at the level of the Kebab shop and the Chinese restaurant. And over it all we have these huge corporations flooding the Western nations with toxic drugs and rubbish foods, crappy cars and overpriced phones, houses made of cardboard. It will not end well, but while the music is still playing and the TV is still touting that the Great Ship is on course and the future will be bright, people are happy to munch their Cheetos and play along. I don't eat Cheetos, and I don't play along.

I will watch the video... I find most comedians to actually harbor a high level of intellect... however.... it still requires discernment to evaluate.

I thought you were referencing this video.

I thought you were brushing off Levins video... I posted it in its own thread.

Some people will thinks it's some kind of irrelevant history lesson indicates to me that some people aren't interested in history that shows us all where this marxist ideology came from in the first place. Freedom of choice is a good thing... ignoring what has already been documented is kinda ignorant... but... it's everyone's choice.

As far as fair distribution of wealth... well... that comes down to many factors that are all interconnected to forces that aren't always predictable.
This is why some people believe... timing is everything... and I am one of those people.

So, in general... become real good at doing something people value and will pay for... or invent something the people of this world want if they are ready for it.

Hi. Look at the news you can see what judge just got disbared and they may be many more that needs to be. I think I just changed my mind we need more free speach here. We should let more people in to the USA that hate us. Also we need more free expression too so we can let them burn more charging stations and more Teslas to the ground. We should through away more Trillions of dollars too. We should jods to more handcapped people too. Like there is not to many blind taxi cab drivers on the streets.

That post is the equivalent of throwing a fit.
I hope you feel better.
