Very Nice setup ! 
I don't know of anyone making passenger pegs, so you'll probably have to send those out. The rider pegs, the "rearsets" are available in many brands and colors/finishes, and you can also buy ones that are adjustable(for your preffered foot position) The levers are also available in many brands and color/finishes, It's probably cheaper to buy new levers than to powdercoat the stock ones, unless the painter will give you a package deal.
And yeah, blacked out looks good. Can't wait to get my Black 08 done.
