Just something to think about..

a politician is a politician...

Not that the US is at a major turning point but you better teach your kids a second language, they are going to need it to make good now days...

Chinese and Spanish would be a good start...
Totally off topic.....

When your kid is selecting which foreign language courses to take, do not let them make stupid choices as I did! The three years of French that I studied have done me absolutely NOTHING!! Here in Central Texas I can not tell you how many times I have been looking at job postings and have had to pass them by because the employer wants a bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) employee!

I guess the Dems bought all those cars for the China and India to blow the gas prices up. Thats funny.

Sorry Run, theres not much you can say to make Dumya look good. I have to agree with some of the others, a politician is a politician. Enough said.

It's this guys Fault... I am Telling you !!!! It's Him, It's Him !!!!

Don't think in terms of party lines. Analyze the current value of the dollar, when the downward trend started, and the cause. In politics, as in things mechanical, inspection should start with the basics. The fact that a republican administration has been in office during the downfall of the value of the dollar is not representative of republican policies. It's representative of a string of mistakes. Our current president has vetoed almost every bill carried by Congress. He continues to show bad judgement, especially concerning our continued involvement in a horribly expensive war (in terms of both money and lives) in which our country is neutral. Reacting to terrorism is justifed and correct. Talk about something to think about....Bush should have thought longer and harder about how to react to 9/11, and to who or what was responsible. Making mistakes is human. Refusing to admit error is his biggest downfall.
You have some good points but if you think it's bad now wait until the country elects a muslim who refuses to wear an american flag lapel pin, who refuses say the pledge of allegiance and voted against making English the national language. You know the one who in his book titled Audacity of Hope stated "I will stand with the Muslims should the
political winds shift in an ugly direction."
You really shouldn't believe all of the emails that you get. I dont like Obama but it's because of what his political beliefs are and not what some spam email says.
I will agree there are some spam emails out there that shouldn't be believed. I will also say that I am much more conservative than liberal and vote for the person not the party. On that I will say that I live in IL, you know the state that Barack Hussein Obama is from, and some of those emails aren't so far off the mark. B. Hussein Obama has done NOTHING for the state of IL except add to the mess created by EXTREMELY CORRUPT Chicago politics and I'm sure if elected as president he will continue to do the same only on a larger scale.
Yes he will continue the trends set by our political system.
Until the people of America take back our government from these
ruling class thugs that have no idea what it is like to have
to pump their gas let alone pay for it we will never reach the
full potential of our great Country. The only thing that separates
these 2 parties are their moral views and I don't need man to
legislate my morality.

Let's be real and not quote what you haven't read and have only been mentally manipulated be the media. He's not Muslim he's a Christian and I can prove it. But don't take my snippet go read it. The work he's done in Chicago has been to help the disadvantaged bright youth to take the positive path, plus try and help the communities and its education system that need rebuilding, the help it needs. That's an ongoing task when there's a system break down. I can't get the whole Dress Code issue. Not really important...ya know, I know what candidate this year has been honest, straight forward and has ran a clean race. So clean it was scary, because the "average" politician has not been able to handle the negative attacks, the personal "dress code" criticism or "name association game" a few tend to play. I truly can go on for days, but no, I want to keep this positive..but I would like to say, READ ABOUT WHAT YOU DONT LIKE AS WELL AS WHAT YOU DO LIKE. Just read. Im not a big fan of the Japanese, for particular historical reasons, but I can speak their language, 3/4 of it anyways, also I have an English SUV, cause I didnt want to "so-called" buy into their economy..pre-sensible me. Well that's changed and Im about to purchase one of THEIR greatest creations "in my book" The HAYABUSA! But if I wanted to just ban all foreign products and believe everything a person who only wears a lapel pin, well, that would lead to an interesting life.
My 2 cents are done. Just didnt like someone talking about Mr. Obama with lies attached to it. Especially if they are masking it to hide the real reason for the Lapel Pin dress code game.
