K&N Air Filter

Any one know if these are pre oiled or do i havta oil first time?!

should come new from the factory already oiled. does is it have a "pink-ish? color? should be able to tell by how it looks/feels to touch. to give you an idea, check out the one I am selling (freshly washed and UN-oiled):
