To Mr Bear: Re 1150: It runs, but, too bad they don't allow nitro at Carlsbad, anymore. It will still break tire loose on just alky, but not near as fast. At 90 % nitro, it sounds like a small block chevy. ...Want to add turbo, in a few months. Haven't run it at track in 8 years.

To Jay: Will do. He's more into Bonneville, and El Mirage type racing. Currently involved with local high school drag race program, as well.

Birdofprey, I'm one or two weeks from getting my Busa. I haven't headed to Carlsbad yet, but that's part of the plan. We should definitely link up for some riding. I had plans to go to the Delmar Mile with a buddy to see Scott Parker's last race, but we both flaked. The Carlsbad thing is gonna happen.

Got Stir Crazy on my list of things to do, but I have friends coming from Norcal. for the Supercross at the Q this Sat. Might be able to make it the following week.
Bird of prey, if you can ride during the week, let me know. I'm through Julian and Lakeside all of the time. I only ride to destinations(like Stir Crazy) on weekends.
