You had to be low in order to scrape the kickstand!!! Man that is some riding there!!! I bet you were screaming with excitement the entire time!!!
My Busa is not lowered or anything... Stock suspension with no adjustment made to the rear shock at all yet...

I am actually wondering if there is a way to rise the rear so this doesn't happen again...

AWESOME PICS ZEF!!! Now that's how I like to ride Busas!! You look good bro!!! You make it look like you're riding a liter bike..

My last busa (rip) was raised in the rear. I'm working on some new ones now, should be ready soon. Made some extras for those that want to ride fast and not scrape bodywork.
Makes the busa turn in easier also, no worrys.

I'll post it up here when they're ready, nothing but first class stuff.

I'd be very interested...

I do believe you're pushing the very limits of the Busa

I think you said that you were still using the stock suspension setting...right?

If so, then you owe it to yourself to try out the setup procedure by JINSTER.  It honestly makes a world of difference on the Busa, and I doubt you'll be scrapping as many hard parts afterwards.  The suspension won't be compressing as far under heavy load.

That stuff was already printed! I'm just waiting for the right moment to do it properly...

I also ordered a kit of dogbones that will give me an inch in the back...

Thanks for the info

I was there during the Labor Day weekend too. Trailered up from S. Florida. I have only had this bike for about 2 months. Still learning how to handle it. Oh well, we had fun.
