Cowboy?? I hope that isn't as in the Dallas...

BTW - Welcome! Buy a shirt and post pics!

If you wanna drag a knee for the first time, go to a NICE, EMPTY parking lot and ride in a 40-50 foot circle... SLOWLY increase your speed while hanging off. Before you know it, you will have your knee down. Before you get into intense lean angles, make sure the tires are nice and warm. Once you drag one knee, swing to the other side and go the other direction. This exercise works better with markings, so if there aren't handy ones already there, bring a couple of cones.

Good luck!

The busa will drag with any other bike, just takes a little more effort to return to midline and/or change directions. It's all physics and body positioning. Congrats on the Ann. addition.

I've heard that Red ones don't lean too well.. but that may be a myth.

Do a search for posts related to track days and you'll see lean.. WWJD had a post recently, I had one a while back.. here's a pic of my tire post track day which should give you an idea..

'Busas can get pretty low. There have been several slow/tight corners that have freaked me out because the hero pegs fold up pretty quickly. Like BigDawg says, it takes a little more upper body involvement compared to the lighter bikes, but it will do it. With better stability to boot!

Congrats on the purchase and welcome! Now, your first mod should be reflector removal!
