LED turn signal help

I just bought smoked led turn signals and having trouble figuring it out got a gen 1 bussa, there’s two of those round connecter things but on the old one there was one with the bulb and only one spot to connect them to as seen in the second picture the other one is just dangling how is it supposed to go please help

Yellow is usually positive, black is ground. Probably have to tie them together. Yellow and yellow, black n black. Just make sure they aren’t different colors, like white running lights and Amber turn signals.
