This is gonna be hard to admit after seeing that piece but I live around Mobile, Alabama (across the bay from it). It was all over the new around here and I cant believe it made national news. What some people will do to get on T.V.
One girl called into a radio station and said it was a small person who dressed up like a Leprechaun to freak everyone out. I swear to ya not everyone in Alabama acts like that, they just never put the "Normal" ones on T.V.
