Here are my two lids. Shoei RF1100 and Bell RS-1. Love them both, but the Bell RS-1 is my favorite! I have the photochromic shield for it that changes tint depending on how bright out it is.

I have a Bell Star Ace of Diamonds. It is slightly larger all around then my Icon Airframe...which is good, because the Icon is a little too snug for long rides. Both are XXL. The Bell feels like it was made just for me. Also, the shield releases and reattaches in seconds.

I love my Bell. It is just such a comfortable helmet. The fit is outstanding, and the material they line the interior with is like nothing i've had in any other helmet. I really looked at getting the Carbon Star Cerwinske, that is just an awsome lid. I really wanted the photochromic shield though, and had just purchased my Shoei, so I had to settle for the RS-1 (if you could call it settling}

Carbon fiber. I like it. Latches are getting worn out though. Not sure what to replace it with.
