I have an HJC as well but it’s old .
Still fits though .
I like that the Scorpions
are DOT and Snell tested
unlike the HJCs that are
DOT and ECE and they
are about half the price
of the HJC helmets .

Hi. I picked up a t a flee market it was new had a scratched shield and a rubber piece was gone $20.00 I added the rap $40.00.Just ordered a new AGV lid. I'm seeing more and more people with the AGV Tartaruga so I needed something different. I'll take pics when it comes in.

HI. Thanks They only had a book to pick from so that is as close as I could get. That is not my race helmet. The race one will be a Simpson Ghost Bandit carbon fiber. I really want a STILO ST5FN ZERO 8860 F1 drivers have them but at $5000.00 I just can not see me getting one. That's a Blackhawk , not a Huey .... pretty 'slick' though bro !!
Bro , it would benefit you first and foremost , by lightening your wallet , might also make you more careful of where you put your lid , may also make your head look even better while on the bike , especially for that 'unaware of photographer' type of picture .In theory, I'd love to have a carbon AGV but I just dont know how much it would benefit me over what I already have.

You will definitely get a lid with more bike noise , with rubber plugs instead of plastic air louvers , but very comfortable , and buffet free compared to any lid I have ever tried , and beautiful full carbon .
To me also a lot of money , but I think it is worth it , I love this helmet over all overs I could also choice from , for now anyway .
If you run a rider to pillion communication system or whatever , perhaps another reason not to , mine is one of the early runs , but latest versions available with Rossi colors and matt carbon models .
Nothing wrong with the models in the AGV range , they are trick , well made lids , as we know , eh bro !Yeah the cost alone prevents me from getting one. My regular AGV K3s works great.
How bad is the turbulence when riding on the street with a adv or off road style helmet?
