Light Up lettering

Hey, I just found my old dremmel kit in my garage, and decided its time to have some fun with it again. I wanted to make the hayabusa letters on both fairings illuminate at night. So i went to my auto store, bought 4, 20 inch blue neons (blue/black busa), some black 8 gauge wire and some blue glowing switches. I proceeded to take of both fairings, and fire up the dremmel. I used the lettering stickers as my guide and dremmeled out the letters. Once those were complete, i used industrial strength velcro and attached the neons, one above and one below the letters. I ran the power directly to my battery and the switches under my seat and into the hump. I'll post pics soon but if you want something cool for night time showings, this whole set-up cost me only 40 dollars.

Only 40 bucks and the destruction of 1500. It may look cool however I would think twice about riding triple digit speeds with holes in my fairings. Just sayin....
