WOW, I fell for it, again.:poke: I read through four pages of worthless pictureless post to still not see the promised ending. This is worse then the lottery.:banghead: At least you know before you play that you want win.:rofl:

Hopefully this helps whoever was looking? I shot this at HIN (Hot Import Nights) a few years back.. I rememer it was bright, and thin, and no wires running... very cool stuff. gl finding it... there! this post has a picture!!! lol

The Fuzion...Shoot me now!

If I was gonna do this MOD, I'd put up glass or clear hardened plastic on the inside of the fairing and seal it just to keep the wind where it should be and preserve the areodynamics of the bike...

GATOR GLASS, Google it, they did the 08 fairing. Cost $459 to get just a hump done:whistle:

Yea I called that gator glass a couple of days ago and they are outrageous on thier prices to become a dealer(I think). I was looking to maybe get their products in my store to help bring in some more business and they wanted like $12,000 a year for 3 years on a contract plus an 8% royalty fee after you made back the $12,000. Then on top of that they wanted like $800 a day (I think) for min. of 2 days, just to train me on how to mold the plexiglass or whatever clear material you put on the car, motorcycle, or whatever!

Personally I just cant see spending that kind of money when my shop can already do that!!

Sorry just had to get that off my chest. I feel better now... lol

Since this guy never came back, I bet he went through atleast 3 sets of plastic before giving up!

Has any else attempted this that can share some pics or how they did it?

are they like the ones that kingbusa showed up above? Can you post some pics?

Well I can give :thumbsup: on the lighted decals sure is easier than cutting a crater size whole in the fairings. This thread is a curse thank god I checked the date first:laugh:

I read this one 3 times hoping there would be pictures posted. I have thought about the same thing. Being overseas I need to show pictures of what I want the shop to do.

Thats ballz. I did a clutch cover cutout, and front fender dremmel screening but that will be a scary scene with a dremmel. Hope you have a steady hand.

Post pics asap.
