Mine is down 2 1/2" and doesn't hit fender. I let my wheelies down easy

Your bike looks absolutely beautiful. I am thinking of lowering mine, but so many folks have mentioned bottoming out. What type of triple clamp are you using. I am looking into Gen-Mar risers, maybe reaper. Then a 1" lower all the way around.
P.S> I just bought a set of the Devil OVOs. I haven't had a chance to install them yet and it is killing me. Damn Ohio weather makes it pointless to get the bike out just yet. How do they sound on yours?

I weigh 205 and have only had the front rub just a tad when I let the front down a bit hard off a wheelie. The top tree is a Yani Shinki (sp?) - check the "merchandise" section here, 1320 is selling the same one.

I really like the way the OVO's sound. As a gauge, I am 39 yrs old. Nice and deep till you wind it up. FYI- I cut the bolts on the new cans so I could use the 'capped' factory nuts, looks nice and clean.

Thanks for the idea. After seeing your bike I think I will have to go through with lowering mine. I have been exchanging PMs with Street and Track, so I guess I will see if he has the lowering items as well!!

Ride well-

You can count on it Sir. If she turns out half as slick as yours I'll be happy.

Now I just have to bide my time and wait till the rain and crap weather quits!!!!

My plan is-

Reaper 1" Risers
3 hole rear lowering links
Carbon fiber frame sliders ( To match my cans)
Hump mod
And ride like hell!!!!!!

Sounds like a great start- pics when you get her fixed up.

GO BUCKS!!
