That is the right attitude. Back off a bit and start working back to where you were. Don't try to hurry the process, make sure YOU feel comfortable with the bike. The more passes down the track, the more confidence you build. The more confidence, the more relaxed you are. Then you can focus on and feel the feedback the bike/track is giving you.
