Went to the grocery store ot buy some dinner, and people were acting like a hurricane was comming or something.. I live in Charleston, so as you can see unless the winds change were just gonna get some wind.

People are still having bad weather in the US? been riding my bike back and forth to work, thought summer time was here already

Most we got was some wind that blew a tree branch onto the roof. Cant see any damage tonight, will look in the morning. But you would have thought it was a cat5 hurricane comming in or something.

hit me dead on.  a few thunder storms and a lot of wind.  Kinda had me on edge. neighbors house burned to the ground during the last storm we had. It's good to ride to work this morning

That's the storm we got Monday Night. It came in about 12:30AM. It was lightning like crazy and all kinds of winds. A lot of the dead trees that were left standing from Hurricane Katrina fell... but most of them were dry rotted so they just disintegrated. DocDrop works for the power company and said a lot of the crews were out and one of the telephone poles even got struck by lightning.

Now it's 32 degrees here this morning. I am so ready for spring/ summer to be here.

my sister and Grandmother (live about 20 miles out of Jackson) were in the tub and under the dining room table...apparently, a tornado went through a little south of them...i'm glad everyone is safe

its a whopping 29* here but last night we got freezing rain followed by 1" of snow. Makes very nasty rodes. Multi. cars in ditches this AM

Yeah there was supposedly a tornado in Amite county... I think that is up there somewhere.

neighbors.  It sits 30ft from mine.  happened during the last lightning attack about 6 months ago. as you can see from my sig a balmy 71 today

I just got back for a short time from Florida, just in time to get 13 inches of snow dropped on me. I live just west of Saint Louis, we got nailed with sleet, ice, then snow all day yesterday..

Of course, living in Saint Louis, It was 80 degrees a day or two before this, then in 20's, now it is in 50's and it is all melting....
