low speed front end wobble

Sounds like your dealship is a bunch of hit&miss parts changers, at YOUR expense. Start at the front and check EVERYTHING tire/suspension related. What ever is left, no matter how unbelieveable, must be the problem. Also, put the bike on F&R stands and spin the wheels. Do the tires and wheels have any hop or weave to them? recheck the steerhead bearings for play.

If everything checks out then verify that the rear wheel is centered in the swingarm and that it is set at the proper length on both sides. You can measure center to center from the swingarm pivot to the rear axle itself. Verify that both sides are identical.
Make sure all the correct spacers are in the right place on the rear wheel.
Check the wheels for flat spotting. If you've messed with the forks any, make sure they're at the same installed height in the clamps and that they both work correctly.

Pour in 6 oz. of Ride-On tire sealant, that will seal the chrome rims. Buy it on line....

yea at first I thought front, then I decided to try the rear for the problem. Have mounted and remounted 4 times.
