Can someone tell me if this bike has been lowered on the front or just dog bones on the back? Thanks

I see two black squares and one side pic of the Busa. The front doesn't look lowered but a front pic tells more.

The rear is lowered.
It looks like the handlebars have risers under them as well.

Sorry on pics the guy had sent me thinking about buying but I’d like the back of the bike back to stock height. Would I have to touch the front?
No
The front is fine
If you don't like the risers, they come out easy.
For the rear, the dog-bones may be adjustable, or else just replace them with stock.
Don't let the ride height stop you from buying it, it's a cheap and easy fix to get back to stock.

Bike is 07 pretty clean 18k miles I check kbb it was showing around 7700.00 what do u guys think is a fair price? Thanks

i guess - yes - at front it is lowered too
eventually by rounds between top cover and top yoke as I have described here
the position of the bars is a bit higher than usual i would say - my hint watch the bar distance to top yoke

How can you tell from three pics all from the left side and above?
Look how close the bottom of the fairing is to the ground, and the bike is still level.
I guess it does look a tad lower than mine.
Notice that the front wheel and fender look more tucked into the front fairing, and the seats and tail are sitting more level, vs raked up to the rear.
Those tour bags seemingly lower the bike. Mine wasn’t as loaded in this shot. How about this allegedly new bike? Looks lowered doesn’t it?
