Lowering pegs are great BUT......

Gearing up but especially down is more trouble than it should be.The foot has much further to travel for gearing due to the lower peg position. The levers would have to be lowered to compensate.
I'm guessing some smart folk on here have come up with a solution for this. Can something be done to the stock levers or fo they need to be changed/altered?Any help is appreciated.

You would have to fabricate new lever tips, something similiar to the old CycleCats Rearsets.
Lowered fixed mount, or adjustable.

I installed M-Factory 40 MM (1-1/2”) they are adjustable by rotating. I adjusted my gear shifter as far down as I can without hitting the exhaust, up shift is fine but I have to raise my foot some to down shift, I find myself leaning my knee out to make it easier to raise my foot. For the brake pedal I only lowered it enough to make it comfortable, no complaints about the brake pedal position.

Have you got a link to those please?

I meant the foot levers.Jesus this is getting real complicated:D

It seems like the end of the world because the foot controls are so F'd up. I was looking for a different set of rear sets. Then I saw the shift rod extensions and a light went off in my head. Worked perfectly and all was happy in Willie's Busa land. Easy fix and cheap.
Do you reckon my 2 inch lower pegs(not sure if further back than stock) would work with those rods you sent in the link?

Lowered pegs and size 15 wide boots don’t work that well either…. I hate being a big guy sometimes
