Lucky PCS for me!

I found out recently that I am PCS'ing to White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico! Someone up in DA must love me! I should be leaving sometime in October of this year. I'm going to be spending A LOT more time on my bike, that's for sure. Anyone in the surrounding area? Anyone have any tips on the area?

Been in and out of that area for my hole career. A lot of straight roads. Some twisties main concern is the ORAX! Bold deerlike animal that loves to run in the road. As with any area be very cautious of where you leave your baby. That area is a border town lots of motorcycle clubs and really cool guys to ride with. Always some type of ride for toys or something going on due to the fabulous weather. Just get out and ride. A lot of motorcyle mentorship programs being pushed on the bases. We even had a club at USASMA.
