Glad he is doing as well as he is. More surprising than the Dumptruck not seeing the stop sign is your buddy not seeing a dump truck and trailer not stopping for the sign. We have to look out for ourselves. While the truck driver will be found at fault for the accident, your friend could possibly have prevented it.  I'm glad it didn't come out worse. He is having to pay the price. I'm so glad he didn't pay with his life.

its 4 lanes wide where this happened the truck was on the inside lane my other buddy said it looked like the truck was slowing down but he wasnt and this is a busy intersection actually two highways so if you waited for everyone to stop you would be there all day.
