I think yo're out of luck. You will need to decide up front before raising and strapping the bike if you will use the front wheel chock or a front fork or stem stand.
You could replace the front chock with a clamp like this one. After you get the bike on the rear stand you would have to remove the clamp, about a dozen bolts, and use your front stand. A bit of a pain but it would be doable with just one person.

I like the bench with the vice/clamp type front clamp.
(bike will stand up but doesnt feel REAL solid,
but I always add a rear stand every time)
To remove the front ends I just back the bike on and clamp the rear wheel instead.
Originaly the clamp wouldnt open enough for my Busa or B-Kings fat rear tyre
so I redrilled two holes and can now move over the clamps fixed side.
Cheap lift, cheap stand. Had a Busa/King/GSX11 on it 24/7 for the last 4 years
and gets a lot of use. Solid as a rock.
Any bike, backwards or forwards, is a one man operation.
