Might try checking the rotors to see if they are moving when brakes applied? Like someone else said, ck head bearings, frt axle tourque, brake caliper mounting and tourque also look at brake pads and make sure the antirattle clips are in right. Good Luck. I am not sure I would ride to far until you find the problem.

I reread your post and I don't think I seen where you stated what brake application causes this, so let me add maybe your swing arm bearings are loose?

Well it seems to have something to do with the sliders and motor mount bolt. But my bike just quit working today so I have bigger fish to fry now. I will update everyone later when i find more out on it. I swear first I have a weird noise that i think I may have fixed and then the bike quits working. I hate life right now.
