making block off plates

Could someone tell me how to make the block off plates? Material, thickness and hole dimensions
Also do you need to replace the exhaust gaskets when going from factory exhaust to muzzy exhaust full system?

easy way is take the smog pump you took off, cut the ends, weld them up make you some gaskets, reinstall, or take one of the ends trace it out on a piece of aluminum and cut you out four of them. also there on ebay for around 20 bucks.

Dude, $24.95 TYD! I am ashamed to tell you what I paid for my BDE block offs and they didn't have the cool Kanji on them!
