Nope, not Sugarloaf. Its actually a little further up north in a small town called Cascade. High Rock is the name, right next to camp David. Also from last time I remember no bikes are allowed on Sugarloaf.

Yeah...down in Germantown we get the pleasure of having the whole MoCo's Police force out running radar 24/7....<cough>....and not doing much else but that:-) Seriously though...the speed cameras and radar patrol down here is a bit absurd---and it doesn't do much to keep us safe from the billion hormone crazed soccer moms driving in their 10-ton SUVs while texting about who is going to win DWTS and who is going to pickup some fabulous sushi and white wine for girls night.
