AAlll RRRiighttt. Geez Im stuttering. Did you have to put a plate under the cylinder? And is it really smooth like stock? That sounds great! Just what a guy needs. How much boost ya figure on just unleaded?

Glad to hear You like it Motorhead!
Welcome to the world of efficient turbos and
good designed systems, still wanna build that
bigger plenum... just kidding, it´s always fun to test new ideas, and no matter how much power you make you always want more.....
I ran my own gsxr 1216 with the new big KKK
turbo today, for the first time with high
boost pressure, at 22psi it gets hard to breath almost.... I went for 30psi but then
it blew the hose between the turbo and intercooler clean off.hehe
Well I´m glad You liked the turbo system.
Regards / Christer

I was really hoping you would say it had great low end manners. Makes me real glad its so smooth. Never had any doubt you would get all the power you wanted. Is it quieter than Franks? Most turbos are quieter than monster motor bikes. Makes it easier to sneek around.

opps I forgot, did you have to put a spacer plate under the cylinder?

Very interesting. Just remember, you are mortal. Make sure the runway is clear.

How long will the bike hang together making that kind of power?

Frank. I have the Macentosh 10 over. Actually I have alot to learn about drag racing and need alot more practice. I can't go to track every week but I do alot of testing on back roads. I better get more Mickeys so I can get the launch down. I have an air shifter now and I will test again on Sunday. I can't make it to Indy cause I live in seattle area. I will make it to Vegas next year for the shoot out.

The Micky shootout tire actually last longer then you'd think.
You only have to spin it about 4 or 5 revolutions before you go to the line.

What do you think about your arm? I sure do like mine!

You should be able to dial your rear suspenion in with the stock shock. Those shocks are better than what you think.

Dialing in motors and suspenions are My specialties. I have mine carring the wheel around 6" off the ground. Too bad you don't live closer?!

GREAT! My MC Xpress turbo busa is sill trouble free after 1000 miles of raising Hell. The only problem was spinning the tire on the rim of a Mickey shootout tire. I am in the process of installing a pingel air shifter. When I raced it with a 10 over arm, I could not get My foot to the shifter in time for 2nd gear. I tried some VP red 105 and it is making 15 lbs boost at the lowest setting. I ran 9.30 @ 158.5 wleeeling and spining thru 3 gears with 18 lbs in the Mickey, when I lowered it to 13 lbs it spun on the rim. I have the tire glued on real good now. I expect an 8 second run next time, It should be no problem. I don't know why but it runs even better with racing gas. I am also using an 18 tooth front sprocket and the MC Xpress clutch mod will launch at any rpm. I here by challange the Motor Head to a race.

I think we might watch TMH hold the money afterwards. :)

That wily dude has something up his sleeve still, I'll bet on THAT. Ok, TMH, what's that under the hump? Looks like some kinda bottle...oh no he wouldn't put NOS on, would he? Naw, he's scared.

hehehe

If I were him I would put a swingarm like mine.

It's one thing to have all that power, but the trick is getting to the ground!

I heard that Airtech is making a 8" longer tail section. I will put the shock back in. Should I get it as low as possible? I have lowering links and an Airtech under finder kit. Maybe cut off the liscense plate light and remove the under finder all together. Should I set the preload stiff? I will appreciate your help. Thanks. John
