Just got pics from Terry at Mcintosh of the 240 rear with the jackshafts..You know I need it now..

1) would that straighten the rear of the bike so that the tire isn't off-center?
2) what kind of $ are you being quoted?
 
Yeap, the tire/rim sit inline and are not offset and you don't need to grind on the frame...as far as price, $2300 as you see it, with 4 weeks turn around.
 
looks pretty slick.... so whats the lenght on the inner chain (assume that connects to the drive sprocket?) also what size chain are you running?
 
arm is 6" over and I know it will be a 530 - 43 tooth vortec sprocket, chain length

well I will need to figure that out once it gets here. still haven't ordered yet but plan on it in the next week or so. I am sure Terry has the chain lengths.
 
Looks good, one question how do you tighten/adjust the chain from the front sprocket to the jack shaft?

05busaLE in the 2nd pic see the slots in the arms on top and below the twin sprocket setup, I believe that you can move the sprockets forward and back in that slot to tighten the chain.
