I'll be the first to send my info to Prof. Be sure and include your screen name, real name and emergency contact info. If by some odd chance we don't get everyones info by the 12th mabe we can hand that tast back off to usn04limited. As far as supplies go looks like I'm bringing my grill. Everyone else that has posted on bringing stuff looks like were going to have an outdoor pavilion
Can't wait for the date to get here. Can anyone else bring Hamburger/Hotdog buns, chips, condiments, paper plates, etc... I'll bring the Steak, hamburger, hotdogs, & of course adult beverages.

Hey guys ! been having trouble with my internet connection. Info sent to Prof. Me and Busaone coming down from St. Louis late on 14th or early 15th. leaving from Eureka mo. I don't know how I managed to ignore this thread so long...I originally thought it was going to be in May, which was a mess for me, but that weekend is perfect. I just made reservations and look forward to meeting everyone. Now I need to back up and read this whole thread and see what's up.....

We will be meeting up in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. If you've never been then your in for a treat. If you have then you know what to expect. Will be developing a plan of events over the next couple of weeks to help give this event some structure! Food, drinks, and of course meeting some of your fellow Org buddies...
Plan on staying with everyone from the org at Pointewest! Secluded on the lake this property will be the site of our Midwestern Meet-N-Greet 2006. Plenty of places to stay inside Eureka Springs for under $40 if your on a budget. Current Org price for Pointewest is $75...
