Hot summer in FL or Az you will have to have mesh or at least vented (perf) leather. I alays had to have both (many) because of rding in FL and CT.

leather= end of story...i have ridden in temps of 5 to 100+ from WI to the Gulf Coast to the Great Salt Lake Desert...when it gets above 90, just wet your shirt, put the coat back on, and keep riding :beerchug: this is how i am dressed anytime i am playing hard

Semi you stud!
Leather..'nuff said. Solid for winter, Mesh for summer.

leather is the way to go and there is nothing like second skin for added protection. i wet my shirt in the summer as well and it works! :beerchug:

Live in West Texas I have had alot of leather but prefer my mesh jacket. It gets pretty hot here in the summer and can always put the liner in and a hoodie underneath when cool out

I have an Icon mesh jacket. But the Speed and Strength jacket seems to be built better and more adjustments for fit than the Icon and alot better protection padding than the Icon

Have both. If I had to choice only one it would be mesh.

You can out layers on, wear mesh in cold weather.

Leather is too hot in summer.
