I have had the M1 And M3 on my other bikes they are great tires. Cant speak on the 2ct. I'm going to go metzler on the busa next.

If you're a conservative rider then you might be better off with a harder compound, sport touring tire rather than the softer hyper-sport tires that you listed which won't give you as many miles. JMO
agreed.  go with a sport touring tire for the extra mileage.  Power Pilot Roads 2s
I see some people going with the 180 instead of a 190, any issue here?
My 08 has a 190. I am thinking of a sport tour for longevity.

180 is lighter, steer easier and cost a few bucks less. my 180s WEAR the same as my 190s

Thanks, that what I needed to hear, there is a sale tonight at our Cycle Gear, I am thinking of the Dunlop Road Smart, dual compound sport touring tires.

I got one of those, mounted it on a big piece of plywood, then never could get the beads to break down. Did all the boards under the front of the truck, beating on the edge of the board on the bead with a large hammer, etc.. Sidewall of the tire was so thin it just squished down and let whatever slide off. Finally gave up before I broke my rim and took it to the shop. Tire changer has faded to a light pink setting in the back yard for 2 years, never changed a tire.
What do you use to get the d**n bead broke?
