Well my dealership is THE worst I've ever dealt with. It's a long story but they basically held my bike hostage for the better part of three weeks. I got so pissed and fed up I told them to just put a new tire on the front and I'll pay for it. So I made sure it was a Road 6 not made in Spain during that date range spent another $270 and holllllly poop guess what! The pull to the left is gone. The service/parts manager was a condescending dismissive ass. Sir I've worked in two different motorcycle dealerships and I've been riding, mostly sportbikes for 28 years. Literally almost as long as he's been alive. But of course I don't know my ass from my elbow. This is why a I hate big chain dealerships. I will never spend another dime in that place.

I'm not going to drop the name publicly. My experience may not be the same as another's and I can only speak to what I've dealt with there.
