Mileage challenge

I've added another 400 miles to my number this week. Either going to run Skyline Drive or go to Ocean City this weekend.
Okay let me guess .... You are either single or retired ! Or both! I wish I could do as much fun riding . I do most of mine going to and from work.

sorry didn't join the challenge because i had just got my bike and it was raining for three weeks but i have gotten 4586 miles on it since April 28th. I love to ride

Reported back in to the homestead this morning after being on the road since the 10th. Added 9,602 with the trip and am up to 15,014 for the year.

Left from Denver to Lawton Ok. Then up to Eureka Springs Ar, down to Deal's Gap. Then up to Canaan Valley. South East to Richmond. North to Falls Church. Groton CT followed that. Then Quebec via Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Up to Riviere Du-loup then south through New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island. North to Nova Scotia and Cape Breton. Hopped on the ferry to Newfoundland then the ferry to Labrador.

From Labrador, run a 3,300 mile, 4 day zoom home to Denver with a spent chain (the last several hours was hoping the chain would hold until I got home). Labrador, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and back to Denver.

Got a bunch of pics and lots of notes. Will be formulating a ride report to be posted

you bitches don't have a chance!

I'm getting more mileage than a Preacher's Daughter at the Girls Gone Wild reunion during the College World Series after party!

I'm back in Ocean City Getting more seat covers than I know what to do with. Its a good thing the seat is waterproof!

That must have been a blast !!! I did a trip around the states on my 02 , what a blast. I thinkyou will be at the top of the summer list for sure!

Odometer turned 15903 yesterday. last 100 or so miles in the rain, hail, wind, and just flat out wet conditions. We are getting those dang afternoon thunderstorms. The mornings are great and the afternoons are wet if you aren't back at the house or at least someplace you can hang out for a few hours while the storms blow through. Its all good though. Happy riding everyone...

I've been riding a "little bit" as well !
I should have over 80k after The Round-Up in Ft. Pierce,FL.

Actually not really. I mentioned in another thread that I used a compression shirt and bicycle pants. They made the ride significantly better. Generally my left knee is what starts complaining when I approach the second hour without stopping. For comfort though, I stop when the gauge reaches the half way mark for gas and to pee. When pushing it, I'll stop at the half way mark to just pee and then an hour later for gas and all. The stock seat is really pretty comfortable though. I had to replace the stock saddle on my Harley with a Corbin. I couldn't last 45 minutes on that fool thing.
