Modular Homes 4 sale

Hey gang, I have to sell for my Dad 2 complete manufactured homes. They are brand new and ready for delivery. Currently they are in Oregon at the factory but of course can be delivered to anywhere in the U.S. They are complete with many upgrades and are ready to install on a prepped lot.

1 is 907 sq ft. 2 brm 1 ba. approx value $28K
1 is 1387 sq ft. 3 bdrm 2 ba. approx value $45K

I know there are brokers for this stuff but I was considering E-Bay. Any ideas?  

 any takers?

Kent put them up on the the free listing (or non broker) sites first.

http://usa.homesalez.com/ There are many more like it. I am sure you know of lots of them. Look iin a close area to the Mfg. facility then branch out. All things that I am sure you looked at, but you asked.
