Only caught a couple showers on the way home, but made it ok. Hope everyone got home safe ok.

(Punisher @ Aug. 26 2007,18:11) Hey guys. Looks like you had a good time. Sorry I had to drop on you at the last min. My wife's little sister (my riding buddy) had to go back to her mom and dad's. We've been fighting the courts all week, back and forth to Tennessee. We are trying to get guardianship from her parents in Tennessee. All of us agree she needs to be here but the courts are jerking us around. In Ten. they started school 2 weeks ago but don't start here until tomorrow. I had the do the hardest thing I've ever done and leave a crying 14 year old who doesn't want to live with her parents and wants to live with us in Tennessee this morning. My wife and I have become so attached to her and miss her already, but know she has to go to school. I'm not an emotional kind of person but this has really hurt me. We are trying to do a few other things and still working with one court to get her here. It appears until we get guardianship of her, the schools won't ler her enroll. I don't mean to rain on your guys good time but I wanted to let you guys know why I didn't make it. If you could maybe say a little prayer tonight that the judge sees what's best for this girl.

No worries. There will be many more days for riding... family first. Good luck getting custody! We're pulling for you!!
