First off - I want to remind everyone that an open invitation has been issued to the .oRg for every Smoker Sunday. Just let us know who's going to be here so we can have enough food.
Now for the good stuff. For our Mother's Day "Brunch", I picked salmon. I found some wild sockeye at the local store and got a couple sides for Dan to put on the smoker. They are currently in the refrigerator with their coating of brown sugar and salt to prep for the smoker.
Here's the entire menu:
Smoked Fresh Sockeye salmon
Wild Rice Salad w/ grapes and water chestnuts
Cheesy 'Tatoes
Broccoli & Cauliflower
Home-made Bread (not sure if it'll be Parker House Rolls or Crusty French Baugettes)
Home-made Banana Pudding (nothing out of a box but the Nilla Wafers)
Pics will be posted periodically as the prep and meal progresses.
