My fear is a user put them on but doesn't get them 100% correct and it destabilizes the bike at speed...I wonder if there was any type of airflow testing done, and if it actually helps at speed?

I'd imagine manufacturers that provide them on a factory bike did a bit of wind testing
I can see that...Yeah, and given my own unsuprising experiences with the Puig Winglets on the '18 Gsxr1k, how they upset the handling, and how it got alot worse at high speed...I'll pass.
I can see that...
And seeing as the Hayabusa in stock form is the most aerodynamic bike out there, adding things like this can't help much...
I have their headlight, taillight, aero fender and fender brackets. Idk how associated with Alif they are (I think it’s same people two different companies) and I basically have everything Alif for my bike too. Communication isn’t their strong suit I will give you that tho.I messaged them and they replied after 2 days that the winglets are out of stock.
That was their whole message. No preorder, no price information, no nothing.
Exactly the same happened 1 year ago when I asked them about some other carbon parts.
Did anybody worked with them so far? I don’t like at all their way of doing business.
The silver bike has their DRL delete pieces, it’s not the winglets covering them.I think It looks pretty cool. Just sucks you will know longer have DRL's, blinker and only a tiny headlight with a Kanji symbol over it. I mean for anyone who only rides during the day and can manage not getting pulled for the blinker issue, have at it.
This time they were helpful and responsive, and they told me everything I wanted to know.I have their headlight, taillight, aero fender and fender brackets.
