Motor reassembly

Gasket surfaces cleaned
Whole cases scrubbed and pressure washed
Dried and ready to start reassembly

Installed oil pump
Shift drum

I can’t find my replacement oil pump gear clip. So I am ordering a new one with some chain tensioner gaskets.
Any time I take the clip off the oil pump I replace it.

Gotta clear the bench off … not just the nine square feet I am working on. Don’t wanna get flamed.
Also have to replace a couple bulbs. Lighting for pics suspect

Hi. Thank you. What do you think of having new classes for street ridden bikes? If we can get more people there it will help alot. Also get people from racing on the streets. It would be a good thing too. O am still working on my go fund me page and would like to start a ws web page too.

Sent crank to be lightened and polished a couple weeks ago
There was the minutest bearing material buildup on a couple journals. Is fine but am so deep in this time I had to do it.
It should be back next week
