It actually pretty much mentions all that I have stated in the first article written. Although the Media tries to lean you in the direction that this is a hardened criminal. The guy sounds like a complete Moron. They lead you to believe he might of spent time in Jail in some other state but he hasn't. The biggest thing they can come up with is that he was arrested once for driving without a license and under restraint. I think he ran because He didn't have a license. The cop does sound like a good guy, and the guy who ran sounds like a complete dumb ass. I personally think he was running because he didn't have a license.
