Motorcycle wrap

It's guaranteed against fading and you can remove it from your paint job without damaging it. would do it again. It took me about a week since i am a very detailed person.

:thumbsup:very cool! how long did it take. im assuming you had to take all plastics off? can they be removed w/o damaging the original paint. i wander how they will hold up to the sun in regards fading and shrinking?

great looking bike i really dig the scheme:bowdown:

thanks :beerchug:

At $400 for the kit and $250-500 to have someone install it the cost is almost that of a paint job but I don't think you'd get anywhere near the detail in it for that. I like the idea of wrapping. It would protect your original paint underneath from scratches and chips. I'm digging this. I'd like to design my own scheme and have them do it though.

I wanna wrap my bike and make it look like this...

Maybe then folks will wave at me and think I'm cool.

Wraps are getting better all the time. Vinyl and printing technology (and I know what I'm talking about because I sell this stuff) has improved dramatically in the last few years. We are now talking 7 year life on vinyl that stretches and doesn't trap air like it used to, making it possible for more people to do the install themselves (compound curves are a bioch). Still, it's not easy and I'm not sure I'd like to undertake it myself. The cool part is that the paint underneath is untouched, and the vinyl can be removed anytime.

I think i'll talk to them before painting ! I saw this once before and it looked good .

very nice fit and finish. better alternative to painting because you could revert back to stock at any given time.

I found this on a search....
Motorcycle Graphics

I have been wanting to wrap my dash panels and frame for a while with dinoc carbon fiber. The dash panels had me worried because of the texture and I wasn't sure if the vinyl would work right but it appears fine in these pics. Now I just need to get some vinyl ordered.
