thanks.. my first group buy also.. there is a lot more than i thought.. i was wondering why ks-waterbug told me he was busy with two group buys right now and could not take another one on.. i thought what.. how much time is involved here? now i know.. i learned from some of my mistakes.. and i did enjoy it.
many thanks to ks-waterbug and warputer, who i simply forwarded all my questions about the undertail.
and thanks to all you guys on the group buy.. really quick and patient.. thank you.

Folks.... Think about this for one second. To anyone who has ever done or thought about doing a group buy there a lot of work! I would say plan on spending 20 or more hours a week of your own personal time prepping, planning, & organizing the event! kkattan did a very good job setting this up and unfortunately through a series of calamitys an oversite was made.... NO ONE is to blame. Heck, the price he got for everyone was $80 cheaper than just buying one as an individual. One thing I've learned over the years doing these sorts of things is that "you can always find one cheaper". I for one appreciate Charles over at StreetandTrack! Top notch site sponser and person I'd of loved to have done business with him in regards to this group buy. There was a disconnect and it didn't happen (water under the bridge)... So that brings us to where we are now! Yes, you can buy this item cheaper next month and if you don't mind waiting to do that I say go for it... Heck I understand. Now for those of you who were in on the original deal I ask you to stay and honor your original commitment to a Great Price on a fantastic product....

Original group buy on Scorpio alarms were almost $25 more than the second buy!
HID lighting was almost double the price for the first group buy in comparison to the second.
Chocks came down close to $30 from my first attempt.
I'm sure there will be more examples, but its still better than buying as an individual....

just to clarify things about streetnTrack..
first of all they are a site sponsor.. meaning they pay money to advertise on this board.. next they have a proven sales record.. ask ks-waterbug.. they have treated us on the board very well.. meaning they have taken care of the customers.
it was a miscommunication that is all, no harm intended. i still recommend using streetntrack for future needs.
