Planning doin this mr.turbo build myself shop's here are high and really want to test myself so what I have so far are bigger injector 620cc and 320 fuel pump internal have everything that came with turbo kit all used so I will need as much help I'll be posting pics soon and whoever have pics or details on it would appreciate it I plan on going 6lbs for now due to stock internals what I want is like a around 220 250 hp will be getting power commander soon first build ever

I think there are more unfinished turbo bikes per capita than dogs. Everyone thinks it’s easy until the bike never runs right then melts pistons. I recommend finding a builder somewhere and bring them the bike. Be prepared for some to say they won’t work with that brand of turbo. If you find that to be the case, you may want to install it yourself and bring it to tune. Feel free to ask for any help

Buy RCC.................................................................................................everyone spends others money
"this Mr Turbo"? you already own the bike? or the Kit?

Upgrade
Fuel pump
OEM injectors with a FMU has worked on many bikes to ~300HP ( I went to 382 with S2000 injectors and a FMU)
big injectors for that level will idle poopy

Instead of spending money on injectors I would concider a RCC Mechanical Scavenge pump as Mr Turbos have been known to oil return smoke

Buy a O2 sensor and recording setup (zeitronix works well)

I want to but I have to say the funds are tied up right now and I got this for a good price I have 620cc injectors and 320 fuel pump from what I heard I can get 240 on 6psi of boost with stick internals I've been reading about the mr.turbo kit but I plan on attacking some weak points like the mechanical pump I know I read as much as I can now about to start the process

And I know some ppl removed the oil cooler which I don't wanna do cause I ride almost everyday so will the oil cooler system remain the same and do I have to relocate or anything I seen plenty videos but wasn't real detailed at that part

Idle with 620cc injectors may require a ECU reflash

I ride my turbo gen 2 with oil cooler removed and no issues. Nothing on my turbo setup has been relocated.

brother I wish you all the best. Trying to build a turbo on a budget isn’t easy. I hope it doesn’t end up like many before it. If you can do the work putting it all together then you just need a tuner but I found there was always 5 things I never considered. Cost me about $7k to get my turbo bike running the first time. Then I added another $10k to change it up. But I’m going beyond what most do.

For a smaller hp bike it shouldn’t be that difficult or expensive. Once you get it all together and only need a tune, you can try frank at powerhouse and see if he’ll tune it. I don’t know where you are. He’s in NY.

Look on Facebook for parts. Power commanders usually sell for $125 or so on there.

Take off the oil cooler. Don’t need it. I’ve never kept mine on both my Busas. With a turbo bike you’ll be changing oil a lot anyway

I can imagine the headache of an improperly set up turbo bike.....

Sometimes even the tuners have a hard time getting them right....there's no way I'd ever tackle one on my own that's for sure.....

Hi. I am doing a turbo with parts from all over it is like the RCC 1000 HP kit with up grades. I have about $20,000.00 in it. + over $20,000.00 in the motor. Also over $4,200.00 in the MAXX ECU and a MAXX PDM 20.

What do you mean I have to have a power comander anyway
Which powercommander? Sorry but what year ECU?
Stock injectors are like 260-280. I forget. S2000’s are 320-340….also forget exact. Older pc3 pulled the max allowed and used my A/F gauge to set base fuel pressure based off the air fuel. Had hard time pulling enough fuel. 620cc may not be able to idle.
For the hp you want OEM with FMU is plenty and less tuning

Hi. The best way to go is with a
MAXX ECU by Boost br M
Smith. I will have ovet 100 grand in mine and it is still not all that I want. If I had more money I could have it wsy better. Like the cost of a Moto GP bike. What is that like 1 to 3 million I think. If I had it I would spent it.
