MR9 is some pretty NASTY stuff!

I have yet to play with MR9 on the dyno. I did a before tune on a bike today and a after tune. MR9 increased HP by 6.. and torque by 2.5lbs. I am very impressed and I would have not believed the numbers if you told me over the phone. MR9 is some real good stuff and now its clear to see why bikes pick up so much with it at the track and during LSR events... other than the down side of having to get it out of the tank its well worth installing an extra drain just to get the performance increase.:bowdown:

The fuel system needs to be drained completely and the fuel should be fairly fresh as well, don't buy 5 gallons this month pour in the tank and run through only a small portion until the next event 1-2 months later and expect to have the same positive results...it can do some damage however in a really high compression NA engine pick up a few HP versus C25 or XXX fuel.

Geese I could of really ballooned some numbers with this stuff  .....I heard the damage it causes to injectors, pumps and so forth if left in as soon as a night, so I always steered clear of it. But if you maintain it properly in sealed containers and clean out and flush your tank after use and you are a racer.........it works.

It is nasty if left in system, can gum up everything...heard xxx is really good also....

One addition to the safety measures...keep the fuel pump submerged after using to keep it from drying out. Busa's for some reason are bad about this. I hear 1000's use the same pump and don't have the issue nearly as bad.

I have a bud that road races a 600 and keeps it in the tank year round. Never had any issues at all. Busa's are the "special" breed I reckon.
