ok...here is some of the details.
i took my bike to get all of what i did
on may 8th. yes it took alot longer then
i ever thought it would. believe me, it's
been a very up and down ride though it all.
but trust me! it has paid off!
i'm VERY happy with the results.
the worst thing about it all is, i took alot of my stuff off and sent it to mirror image in michigan ph# (734)547-0422 owner ron mitchell....clue into that number big time!
guy's and do with it what ever you like. i gave him the stuff over 4 months ago, and he lost it! what a stupid ass. now i have a bike in my garage with no way to ride it. he has things like my foot peg mounts. front and rear. shift lever and alot of other things for the bike. i re-orderd the important stuff and it should be here tomorrow. let me know if any of you ever need new stock parts, i have a good conection.
here is how the bike sit's now.
1. 4mm je flat top pistons. 13 to 1 compression.
2.fully ported head.
3.1 1/2mm larger intake valves. 1mm larger ex.
4. yosh program.
5. billit clutch basket and mtc lockup.
6. terry macintosh 9 inch over swingarm.
7. gen-mar handle bar risers.
8. mre airshifter.
9. mps electronic air kill
10. mich tx-25 rear tire.
11.fully polished frame.
12. subaki 530 chain.
going to do over the next week.
1. install power commander 2
2. airbox mod.
3.work majorly on the susp.
4. changes gears
5. go to the track.
6. notify (some) of the mags that have been buging me about a story.
now i have yet to put in the cams that we had web make for us, but that will add around 8 to 10 more hp.
the pw2 and airbox mod should also add another 8 to 10 hp.
the bike has the stock cams now and set at the stock settings, remember...no air box mod and no pw2...... it showed with the ramair fans on, set rich until i get it broke in a little... 213 rwhp
just think of what is going to happen when i do the other mods.
my engine builder says that the fuel injection on this motor is really hurting the hp more than anything. he says if we put on our mega-trons that the bike and dyno numbers will really blow everybodies mind, if it hasn't already.
i haven't been able to ride it yet because of the dumb ass in michigan, but if the parts show uf tomorrow i'll be making a pass on it then......frank
