My clear front turn signal mod

Get some LP LED mini turn signals (about $21) and take the LED board out and mount it in your front signal housing. You won't even see them when they're off. Ther'ye very bright and very light weight. They also have resistors built in to maintain proper current load to keep the blinkers working properly. I going this route with my 04. I'll post pics of the LP LEDs when I get them, later this week.

Clear lenses definitely look better on all colors except the pumpkin.

I've tried to find someone to do led turns for the front and have been unsucessful.  I have the silver painted bulbs in mine so that the amber bulb can't be seen through the clear lens and that makes the bulb even dimmer.    I think we all need to get on Iceman to hook us all up with some custom work for the fronts.

What color do those silver painted bulbs glow when they are lit up...I think they have to be yellow to be DOT legal...

The LEDs I found are made by SHOCK Racing. They're so small thy're hard to see from 25ft from the lens when they're off. They're just as bright, if not brighter, than stock turns. They only make a 2 wire model, but they do fit in the front housings. I'm ordering my clear lenses very soon! I'll post a "How To" about it, unless somebody beats me to it!
