when you turn the key on and click the run switch, give it a second for the fuel pump to pressurize. maybe advance the "choke" a little when you 1st start it up. see if that get rid of the hard to start problem.

Yep start with the basics before you tear into it like red1100cc suggests. Im sure everyone has skipped a diagnostic step before realizing that its too late!!! advance the choke until the engine warms up. GL!

THanksss to all for da welcome party jejee, and thanks for all the helppppppp, i have done all the basic stuff, i give it a time before starting it, i use the choke,.... she always startsss but i really hate to be starting and starting before get the engine running, thats all, because she runsssss like new jajaja, but i hate that, and right after a ride she gets worst on the starting thing..........., Anyway, thankss again to all for your help guys, im gonna still checking on this problem....

Good morning and alot of good people on the org ,alot of good info ,i wish i had your kind of weather up here in nj. all that riding,nice,ide love to move to florida you see i do air conditioning but i dont know anybody there ,maybe one day,soon.
