Never Forgotten
To all my busa friends,
I would like to let you all know that Bog and I will not be attending Laguna Seca this year. My beloved Bog passed away July 27, he died riding his loved busa. I would like to thank all the people that we met in Laguna Seca for being a part of his life. Bog loved his biking friends and he put all his energy into building a bike community. He was a teacher, mentor, inspiration, friend, companion, and lover. If you ever were so lucky as to met Bog, you would of know that he was truly a gift to this world. Please check out his website,

He loved his website and people on it. Thank Hayabusa.org for allowing me to me and Bog to be part of your awesome world. Bog loved all his riders friends. Please visit his site and be party of our world.

Julia,
I can only say when I heard about it, I was crushed. My heart goes out to you and we'll pray for Bog. Just the other day I was telling my son about chasing him through the canyons last year at Laguna. We have the poster that Thinkers made for us. I was really looking forward to riding with the two of you again. So sad...so sad.

We all know we don't leave here alive, the best you can hope for is to go doing what you love to do.

Really Sorry for your loss Swan....

Damn swan, Lori called me at home and told me of this tragedy. My prayers go out to you, his family, and his many friends. I am happy to say that I had the honor and privilege of meeting you two last year at Laguna. No words that I have at this moment can even come close to consoling you at this time of bereavement. I am so deeply sorry for your loss Julia. But you can rest assure that GOD's grace will see him through. If there's anything I can do, or if you just want to talk... I'll always be here as well as the others here I'm sure of it.

I don't know if you have seen the other thread here about this Julia, but the thoughts may comfort you. Prayers with you and his family.

Swan -

We don’t know each other, but I am saddened by yours and everyone else’s loss.

Everyone seems to hold Bog in high esteem, and that in itself says a lot about a person.

When one person or a few people speak highly of someone, that is great, when an entire community mourns in the loss and all agree the person made a great contribution to this world, there is not much more of a compliment and a testimony to the type of person he was.

Thoughts and prayers are with you and all that are touched by this.

Ron

Julia....we have never met, yet in reading some old threads I feel I can say that we have lost a good friend in Bog. You will both be in my prayers.

God Bless....

Tim

Stay strong Julia...you're in our thoughts...

Sincerest condolences, so sorry to hear of this terrible loss. I hope you'll find comfort in the thought that your loss is shared and felt by everyone here and I am sure, in the bike community as well. God bless and all the best.

Julia,

Words cannot describe the hurt I felt when I heard the news about Bog...... I really enjoyed meeting him last year in Laguna and consider myself fortunate to have been able to say I knew and rode with him.... I am praying for you that you have the strength to get through this difficult time... God can heal your pain and help you get through this.... just have faith....

I know I'm so far away, but if there's anything at all you need... Just let me know.... Bog, R.I.P.

I had such a great time with you guy's last year and a chill went up spine ready your birthday post when some mentioned your loss...
Bog and I chatted quite a bit on the road down from Weaverville, he seemed to be allways asking me questions and I really had one of my best corners of the ride following him and twisted through the red woods. I was really looking forward to seeing him again and I will miss him. Please be assured of my deepest sympathy and hope to see you someday so as to pass it along personally.  Aloha oe' Bog

Take care Julia - Love, Kent

Although we have not met but have spoken with you over the forum. i am sadden to hear about your lost. My deepest condolences & prayers to you. God Bless and hope someday soon we can actually meet.

I am so sorry to hear about Bog. I was looking forward to meeting both of you in Laguna Seca. You have my deepest sympathies.

Thank-you everyone for their warm wishes. I buried my love Bog on July 11, we had 600 motorcycles percussion with Bog leading the pack. There were anywhere between 700 to 800 people at this funeral. I was a beautiful ceremony. Bog's funeral was aired on Global and Citytv over 10 times in one day and aired Monday. It was also aired on the Shaw channel which was a multicultural channel. The newspapers also wrote 3 articles based on his tragic death. Bog worked to promote motorcycle safety and awareness. He cared about the new rider and most importantly he loved his fellow rider.  You can imagine how much I miss this man. He was my life. If there is anyone who fits his description..Polish, beautiful, intelligent, senstive, loving, and a rider...please give me a shout okay...I'm looking for another Bogdan.
I miss you Bogman...I will love you till the end of time.

This is terribly SAD! I had no idea. I have not been following things much around here and I did not see this post until today. Bog was a really great guy and motorcyclist and will be dearly missed. I liked him the minute we met last year.

My condulences go out to Flying Swan and the many others who will miss him as well.

In deepest sympathy,

Doc (Shane)
